The owner came over and gave me a great estimate that I couldn't refuse. He gave me options to save money, was very informative and knowledgeable on arborist recommendations and tree characteristics. Just like he said, at 9am on Monday there was a small work crew taking care of the job. By 10:30/11:00am they had the limbs cut, ground up and were heading out.
